I'm an engineering leader who still loves to build.
Over the last decade, I transitioned from Senior Frontend Engineer to leading engineering at Qudini (Verint's Appointment & Queuing business). I effectively owned the CTO mandate: growing teams, managing managers, and overseeing delivery, releases, data, and support. I also led the architecture and product direction, working directly with clients and partners to ensure what we built solved real problems.
I've never stopped working across the stack from React and React Native on the frontend, down to Java and Node, and the cloud infrastructure that powers it all.
What I actually care about: staying close enough to the business that the technical strategy makes sense, building team habits that hold up under pressure, and getting engineers genuinely using AI effectively, not just talking about it.
I also still ship for fun. Recent projects include Funapéro (a video-call games app I co-built and launched on Product Hunt), Rooted (a Gen AI map app for discovering local businesses), and an open-source save-the-date site for my wedding.
Outside of work, you'll probably find me making coffee (I have at least 10 brewers at home, ever heard of a Bripe?), out with my local run club, or training for my next Hyrox. I've been skiing since I was five, and I'll happily pick up a racket for pickleball, squash, badminton, or tennis.
I'm currently looking for my next role. If you're building something interesting and need an engineering leader who gets their hands dirty, I'd love to connect.
